Dear reader,
This report exists because of a simple observation: for most people, the last ten to fifteen years of life are not good years. Not because of one dramatic event, but because of a slow, quiet decline that began decades earlier — unmeasured, unnoticed, and therefore unaddressed.
We built The Longevity Series on the opposite conviction. The length of your life is partly given; the shape of it is substantially yours. What you do in your forties and fifties decides, to a remarkable degree, whether your eighties are years you live — or years you endure.
What follows is your starting point: a baseline. It is not a verdict, and it is certainly not a prophecy. Every number in it is a reading of habits, and habits move. Ninety days of focused practice can meaningfully redraw the direction of travel.
Read it slowly. Argue with it. Then choose the one place where your effort earns the most — the pages ahead will show you where — and begin.
Most people spend their final decade in slow decline — the widening gap between how long they live and how long they stay capable, sharp and independent. The purpose of this report is to help you close that gap: keep your line high for longer, and make the eventual decline shorter. Every score reads two things about you:
The shape below is your profile at a glance — the further a point reaches, the deeper your reserve in that domain. A perfect circle is nobody; the work is in the dents.
One thread runs through your numbers: recovery. Stress & Recovery is your lowest domain, and it is not an isolated one. An always-on nervous system is degrading your sleep; a short, broken night flattens hormonal rhythm; and both together wear on mood. Strategically, this is good news — four scores share one root. Steady the first two and the chain lifts together.

Ordered by leverage for your profile. The early moves target your two priorities — Stress & Recovery and Sleep — because steadying them raises Hormonal Health and Mind & Mood alongside. Build one phase before adding the next.
Your own report reads your answers against your profile — your scores, the specific responses weighing on each domain, your ordered steps, and the programs matched to you. The structure, depth and tone you see here are what you receive. Take the free check to generate yours.
