Our purchase policy
We provide outlines and selected previews so you can assess a product before purchasing. Paid courses, reports, audio and member materials are digital content. Once immediate digital access has begun, purchases are final and we do not offer discretionary refunds, except where this policy or mandatory law requires otherwise.
This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for digital content that is not supplied, does not conform to the contract or remains materially defective after a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
Immediate access and the right of withdrawal
Consumers buying online will often have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. For digital content supplied online, that right may end when delivery begins if the customer first expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right.
Our checkout asks for that request and acknowledgement before opening Stripe. Access is then supplied after successful payment. If the legally required consent or acknowledgement was not obtained, or a product is legally treated differently, applicable mandatory withdrawal rules continue to apply.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription through Billing & invoices. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
We do not normally refund or prorate unused time in a current paid subscription period. Not using the content, forgetting to cancel before renewal or changing your mind after access begins does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
An accidental duplicate charge, a charge for the wrong product or another payment-processing error is reviewed as a billing correction rather than a discretionary refund. Contact us with the account email, payment date, amount and Stripe receipt or invoice reference.
Do not send a full card number or security code. If we confirm an incorrect charge, we will correct it using the original payment method where possible.
Missing access or technical failure
If payment succeeded but the purchased content is not unlocked, first confirm that your account and Stripe purchase use the same email address. Contact member care and allow us a reasonable opportunity to restore access or correct the entitlement.
If purchased digital content cannot be supplied or a material fault cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Temporary maintenance, a device-specific setting or an issue we can promptly fix does not automatically make a purchase refundable.
Situations that normally do not qualify
- A change of mind after immediate digital access has started.
- Failure to use an available course, report or membership during the paid period.
- Dissatisfaction with personal results where no specific result was promised.
- Incompatibility caused by an outdated or unsupported device when the content works on a current mainstream browser.
- Account restriction caused by credential sharing, misuse, fraud or a material breach of the Terms of Service.
Request a review
Email hello@longevity-series.com with the account email, purchase date, product, amount, Stripe reference and a concise explanation. We aim to acknowledge the request within two business days.
We assess requests under this policy, our Terms of Service and mandatory law. Approved corrections are returned through the original payment method where possible; bank and payment-network processing times are outside our control.
