Who we are and what these terms cover
The Longevity Series is operated by Spine Store B.V., trading as The Longevity Series (“The Longevity Series”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern use of longevity-series.com, member accounts, the Longevity Check, personal reports, digital courses, audio, memberships and related member-care services.
By creating an account, using a paid product or otherwise accepting these Terms, you enter into an agreement with us. Our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer and Refund Policy form part of that agreement where relevant.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.
- Provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
- One account is for one person. You may not share credentials, resell access or systematically copy course materials.
- We may ask you to verify your identity or account email before changing access, billing or personal information.
Education, not healthcare
The platform provides general educational information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support or a doctor–patient relationship. Scores, reports and recommendations are educational interpretations and are not clinical assessments.
Do not delay or replace professional care because of platform content. Read the complete Medical Disclaimer before acting on health-related material.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, billing intervals, included content and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed and we make the relevant access available to the account used at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing portal before the next renewal. Access generally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
We may change future subscription prices after giving reasonable advance notice. A new price applies no earlier than a subsequent renewal and subject to mandatory law. Promotional or founding prices may have separate clearly stated conditions.
Immediate digital access and withdrawal
Our courses, reports, audio and member materials are digital content supplied online. During checkout, you are asked to request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal for that digital content is lost when delivery begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If we did not obtain a legally required consent or acknowledgement, or if a mandatory consumer right applies, these Terms do not remove that right. Statutory rights relating to non-conforming, unavailable or incorrectly supplied digital content also remain unaffected.
Your licence and permitted use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access purchased or included materials for your own educational use during the applicable access period.
- You may make reasonable personal notes and use downloadable worksheets for yourself.
- You may not republish, sell, sublicense, scrape, record, redistribute or create a competing course or dataset from our materials.
- You may not bypass access controls, probe platform security, interfere with the service or use automated systems to extract content.
- The Longevity Series name, course structure, text, audio, visual identity, graphics and software remain ours or our licensors’ intellectual property.
Reviews, feedback and communications
If you submit a review or other public contribution, you confirm that it is honest, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights. You retain ownership, while granting us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, format and promote that contribution in connection with the platform. You may ask us to remove it, subject to legal retention obligations.
We may moderate or remove content that is misleading, abusive, unlawful, promotional, unsafe or unrelated. We do not guarantee publication of any review.
Availability and changes
We work to keep released content available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security work, third-party failures and events outside our reasonable control can cause temporary interruption.
We may improve, correct or replace course material as evidence and production standards change. We will not materially remove the core value of a paid fixed product without an appropriate remedy where mandatory law requires one. Coming soon dates and planned features are estimates, not guarantees.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, non-payment, account sharing, unlawful conduct or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy it.
You may stop using the platform at any time. Closing an account does not itself cancel an active Stripe subscription; cancel the subscription through Billing & invoices first. Terms that by their nature should survive—such as intellectual-property, payment and liability provisions—continue after termination.
Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for decisions you make using educational content and for checking whether an activity is suitable for you. Results vary and we do not guarantee a specific health, financial, performance or longevity outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by using content as medical advice, or loss resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness and mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and questions
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute.
Please contact hello@longevity-series.com first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes; the date above identifies the current version.
